About the state technical inspection and the main indicators in the field of traffic
Based on paragraphs of the fifth or seventh of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" and for the purpose of implementation of the European agreement concerning work of crews of the vehicles making the international motor transportations (ESTR) of July 1, 1970 Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of the main indicators in the field of traffic according to appendix 1.
2. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles by diagnostic stations (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles (except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them, the vehicles belonging to the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Committee for State Security, the State boundary committee, other troops and military forming) and their admission (are applied) to participation in traffic.
3. Determine that the state accounting of the main indicators in the field of traffic is performed:
3.1. for the purpose of information analysis about efficiency of traffic and its safety in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
3.2. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and territorial authorities of internal affairs by means of introduction of necessary data:
in the automated information system "State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" – concerning the main indicators specified in Items 1-4 of appendix 1;
