About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of change which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 7 and 10 of changes, approved by this resolution which become effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2026".

In the paragraph the second Item 6 of the Procedure for conducting exploration works at the expense of means of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 1999 No. 83 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 4, Art. 137; 2020, No. 76, the Art. 2432) to replace the word "Mindovkolyem" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
