Some questions of provision of government assistance to families with children
(Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for assistance in case of the birth of the child who is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the ministry of social policy, family and unity, the Ministry of digital transformation and the Pension fund of Ukraine electronic information exchange between the state electronic information resources, necessary for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children.

4. To provide to the ministry of social policy, family and unity and the Pension fund of Ukraine technical completion of information systems regarding ensuring appointment, charge, payment of government assistance to families with children.

5. Regional, Kiev city to provide to public administrations (military authorities) and the Pension fund of Ukraine carrying out the information and explanatory work directed to informing the population on conditions, procedure and terms of provision of government assistance to families with children.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2026.

Procedure for assistance in case of the child's birth
