Some questions of catering services of the children who were affected by the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for expense recovery for food of the children who were affected by the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and students in the organizations of professional, professional prehigher education located in the territories of radioactive pollution and also the children with the disability connected with effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash studying in the organizations of professional, professional prehigher education located out of the territories of the added radioactive pollution.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2026.
