About modification of appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2022 No. 1378
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2022 No. 1378 "About the inventory, on the international transfers (import) of which operation of the Law of Ukraine "On the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" in the period of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine" does not expatiate (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 99, Art. 6204; 2023, No. 24, the Art. 1344, No. 79, the Art. 4493) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective about day of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
