About modification of the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of electric power

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of the consumption of electric power approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2024 No. 600 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 51, the Art. 3097, No. 72, the Art. 4295, No. 101, the Art. 6460), changes which are applied.

2. Regional, Kiev city to provide to public administrations (military authorities) till December 30, 2025 review and approval of lists of crucial objects to which priority electric utility service according to the established minimum demand, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution shall be provided.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during the period of warlike situation and six months after its termination or cancellation.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of electric power

1. In Item 2 of the word "more than three queues of schedules of hourly shutdown of electrical energy" shall be replaced with words "four and more queues of schedules of hourly shutdown of electrical energy within a day in all territory of Ukraine on which forecasting is performed".

2. State Items 30 and 31 in the following edition:
