According to part nine of article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for filing of application about receipt of the license in the field of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings by means of the enclosed Single state web portal of electronic services.

2. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation technical capability of forming and filing of application about receipt of the license in the field of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings with means of the Single state web portal of electronic services.

3. To the state Agency of Pleysiti to take measures for promulgation of information on ensuring technical capability of filing of application about receipt of the license in the field of activities for the organization and carrying out the gamblings and documents attached to it, means of the Single state web portal of electronic services in the terms determined by Item 10 of the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
