About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 14:

to add Item after subitem 8 with new subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) transactions on return by the seller/producer of means to the consumer physical person in case of return / not deliveries of goods according to the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

return of means will be performed into the account of the consumer physical person on details of the electronic means of payment emitted by nonresident organization which was used when calculating for goods;

the amount of return of means to the consumer physical person in payment currency shall not exceed the amount which arrived as payment of goods, proceeding from goods cost for the period of its purchase;

the seller/producer performs return of means for goods according to the procedure and the terms provided by requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection";";

to add Item after subitem 41 with new subitem 41-1 of the following content:
