1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision on selection of the operator (administrator) of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 11, 2020 No. 248 the following change:

in the Provision on selection of the operator (administrator) of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Chapter 1 with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. The authorized tax authority which is the owner and responsible for implementation and maintaining GAIS "Marking of Goods" has the right to independently determine the subordinated division the national operator of system of marking of goods in the Kyrgyz Republic without carrying out tender.

The authorized tax authority in case of determination of the subordinated division within 3 (three) working days sends the decision on determination of the national operator to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
