Some questions of conducting economic activity on management of dangerous wastes
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine, that the subjects of managing who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on management of dangerous wastes before entry into force of this resolution shall not later than within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to file to body of licensing the documents specified in appendices 6, of 7, 9 to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on management of dangerous wastes, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2023 No. 1278 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 5, the Art. 226), taking into account the changes made by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
