1. Approve Rules and allowing requirements for accreditation of the legal entities who are carrying out engineering services and expert works on technical supervision and technical inspection of reliability and stability of buildings and constructions on objects of the first and second levels of responsibility (further - Rules).

2. Declare invalid the list of some orders, according to appendix, to this order.

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication;

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules and allowing requirements for accreditation of the legal entities who are carrying out engineering services and expert works on technical supervision and technical inspection of reliability and stability of buildings and constructions on objects of the first and second levels of responsibility (further – Rules and allowing requirements), are developed according to the subitem 28) of article 24 of the Construction code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" and determine procedure and allowing requirements for accreditation of the legal entities who are carrying out engineering services and expert works on technical supervision and technical inspection of reliability and stability of buildings and constructions on objects of the first and second levels of responsibility and procedure for rendering the state service "Accreditation of legal entities exercising technical supervision and technical inspection on objects of the first and second levels of responsibility" (further – the state service).

2. The state service appears Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).

3. In these rules and allowing requirements the following concepts are applied:

1) the accredited organization – the legal entity who underwent in accordance with the established procedure the procedure of accreditation in authorized body;
