About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 192

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of ensuring carrying out calculation of sufficiency of equity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine finance companies decide:

1. No. 192 "About approval of the Regulations on prudential requirements to finance companies" after Item 2 to add the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 with three new Items 2-1-2-3 of the following content:

"2-1. Finance companies till September 30, 2026 shall:

1) to fulfill the prudential requirements for sufficiency of equity determined in Provision Item 12 without requirements of paragraph one of this Item for reduction of the size of equity of the assignments determined in Provision Item 13;

2) as of the first day of every month to perfrom test calculation of the prudential requirement concerning sufficiency of equity by reduction of its size by the assignments determined in Provision Item 13.

2-2. The National Bank of Ukraine does not constitute the document in which violation is fixed, and does not apply corrective action to finance company in case of identification of the mistakes made when implementing by it according to Item 2-1 of this resolution of test calculation of the prudential requirement concerning sufficiency of equity by reduction of its size by the assignments determined in Provision Item 13.
