1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 18, 2014 as No. 574 "About approval of the Regulations on the list of the declared wholesale selling prices on medicines, procedure for introduction in it for changes and form of the declaration of change of wholesale selling price on medicine", No. 1809 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 09, 2014 at No. 1097/25874, and of October 05, 2022 "About reference pricing with some medicines purchased on budgetary funds" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2022 at No. 1271/38607.

2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):

1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
