Based on part two of Item 1 of Article 20, of Item 2 of article 105 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2025 No. 432 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2024 No. 418 "About lists of documents concerning making of executive texts":

add appendix with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. The documents establishing according to requirements of the commercial microfinancial organizations debt on monetary commitments of the borrower on the agreement of consumer microloan signed by means of online borrowing service, and also the non-profit microfinancial organizations and legal entities called in paragraph four of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2019 No. 394 "About enhancement of procedure for provision and attraction of loans", debt on monetary commitments of the borrower on the agreement of microloan and the agreement of consumer microloan.
