Rules of forming and maintaining register of permissions for construction of capital construction projects;

Determine that access of public authorities, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities to the containing in the register of permissions for construction of the capital construction projects issued by authorized federal executive bodies, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and State corporation on space activities Roskosmos and the register of permissions to input of the capital construction projects in operation issued by authorized federal executive bodies, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and State corporation on space activities Roskosmos, public data is provided with the operator of single state information system of ensuring town-planning activities "Стройкомплекс.РФ" on permanent basis with use of the official site of the specified system on the Internet, and also the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the operating and created information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions electronically including in the form of the open data including files of the XML and SIG formats (if necessary).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
