the operator of single state information system of ensuring town-planning activities "Стройкомплекс.РФ" on permanent basis with use of the official site of the specified system on the Internet and the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the operating and created information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services electronically including in the form of the open data including files of the XML and SIG formats (if necessary);

the operator of the state information system of ensuring town-planning activities of the subject of the Russian Federation with use of the official sites on the Internet determined by the operator of the specified system including in the form of the open data including files of the XML and SIG formats (if necessary).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
