To provide to the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas implementation of this Plan within the means provided in the government budget and also with attraction of investment means of the domestic and foreign financial organizations and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and annually till January 15 to provide information to the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Annually till February 15 to provide to the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan information in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the course of implementation of this Plan.
