I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2025 No. 40 "About approval of Rules of planning of transfers of general nature, the including order of interaction of the central and local executive bodies, other organizations, procedure for representation and approval of the corresponding industry (sphere) by the central authorized bodies and local executive bodies of forms, lists of the indicators necessary for calculation of transfers of general nature, and procedure for carrying out monitoring of their use" the following changes:

"According to Item 6 of Article 79 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";

in Rules of planning of transfers of general nature, the including order of interaction of the central and local executive bodies, other organizations, procedure for representation and approval of the corresponding industry (sphere) by the central authorized bodies and local executive bodies of forms, lists of the indicators necessary for calculation of transfers of general nature, and the procedure for carrying out monitoring of their use approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of planning of transfers of general nature, the including order of interaction of the central and local executive bodies, other organizations, procedure for representation and approval of the corresponding industry (sphere) by the central authorized bodies and local executive bodies of forms, lists of the indicators necessary for calculation of transfers of general nature, and procedure for carrying out monitoring of their use (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 6 of Article 79 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Budget code) and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine the procedure for planning of transfers of general nature including process of interaction of the central and local executive bodies, other organizations procedure for provision and approval of the corresponding industry (sphere) by the central authorized bodies and local executive bodies of forms, lists of the indicators necessary for calculation of transfers of general nature, and procedure for carrying out monitoring of their use.";

2. To provide to department of budget policy of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
