1. Approve enclosed:

single requirements to objects of processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of solid utility waste, reloading stations;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that provisions of Item 19 of the single requirements approved by this resolution are not applied to object of processing of solid utility waste, designing, and (or) construction, and (or) reconstruction of which are complete till September 1, 2025. On such object the quantity of secondary resources provided by the project documentation on construction or reconstruction of such object, but at least 9 percent of lot of the arrived solid utility waste shall be taken.

3. Determine that provisions of paragraph two of Item 36 and Item 37 of the single requirements approved by this resolution are not applied to subjects to placement of solid utility waste in the case specified in Item 6 of article 24.7 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption".

4. Declare invalid:
