1. Approve the Procedure for project implementation "Economic development of regions of the Kyrgyz Republic" (further - the Procedure) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

1) in coordination with Financial Committee to send to the budget, entrepreneurship and development of the competition of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic the Ministries of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic which arrived into the account of the Central Treasury in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic within the Financing of Subjects of Entrepreneurship Program approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Financing of Subjects of Entrepreneurship Program of June 9, 2020 No. 315, money in the amount of 1501669404 (one billion five hundred one million six hundred sixty nine thousand four hundred four) som on budget crediting of subjects of entrepreneurship according to Procedure;

To open 2) in system of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic the separate account for the transfer and the cash accounting provided by the subitem of 1 this Item;
