According to the subitem 74) of article 24 of the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the conclusion about quality of installation and construction works according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the conclusion about compliance of the performed works to the construction project according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the declaration of conformity according to appendix 3 to this order.

4) the List of invalid some orders, according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
