1. Approve the enclosed rules determining procedure and the cost of rendering consulting services in the field of designing (further - Rules).

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

5. Determine that the subitem 2) of Item 23 of Rules since July 1, 2028 is effective in the following edition:

"2) the name of the Section (Sections), surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability) the employee (employees) of the state expert organization or the expert organization – the expert(s), with indication of the certificate;".
