About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities of the license for implementation of transactions with cash and conditions (requirement) of implementation by them of activities for implementation of transactions with cash

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 33-1 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of separate requirements of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning licensing of legal entities on implementation of transactions with cash of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities of the license for implementation of transactions with cash and conditions (requirement) of the implementation by them of activities for implementation of transactions with cash approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 24, 2015 No. 926 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 18, 2024 No. 10) (with changes) (further - No. Provisions 926) which are applied.

2. Collector компаниям/компаниям-перевозчикам/компаниям on processing of cash within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to give to the National Bank of Ukraine:

1) written assurance of any form which contains complete and reliable information about carrying out collector компаниями/компаниями-перевозчиками/компаниями on processing of cash of check of heads, owners of essential participation, the chief accountant, head of separate division, the division manager of collection, the division manager on processing and storage of cash on their compliance to requirements for goodwill, certain Provision No. 926;

2) the questionnaire constituted in the form given in appendix 3 to the Provision No. 926.

3. The National Bank of Ukraine considers the documents of legal entities submitted for implementation of the procedures determined in No. Provision 926, and on which as of the date of entry into force of this resolution the decision, according to requirements and according to the procedure, No. determined in the Provision 926, without the changes approved by this resolution is not made.

4. The collector company / company carrier / company on processing of cash for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation has the right to assign fulfillment of duties of the head, chief accountant, head of separate division, the division manager of collection and the division manager on processing and storage of cash which were called or accepted on military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine or bodies and divisions of civil protection and territorial defense, on other person without the requirements established by Items 14-17 of the Section IV of Provisions No. 926, for the term which is not exceeding six months in a row.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

6. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
