About change of the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of September 15, 2025 No. 7

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of September 15, 2025 No. 7 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.14.4 "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the project documentation on accomplishment of earth, construction, meliorative and other works, implementation of other activities in the territory of archaeological objects, except for archeology monuments", approved by this resolution:

to add subitem 1.2 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2026 No. 221 "About ministerial procedures";";

to add the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 with the words "electronically through the single portal of electronic services";

to state the column "Representation Form" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"written; electronic (in case of submission of the statement by the interested person electronically through the single portal of electronic services)";

1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.15.3 "Receipt of the conclusion about availability (absence) in the territory of carrying out earth and construction works of archaeological objects or need of taking measures to their protection (in the presence)", approved by this resolution:

to add subitem 1.2 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
