To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas to take adequate measures on implementation of this Action plan and annually till January 1 to represent information on its accomplishment to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
4. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan annually till February 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on accomplishment this the Action plan.
