1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About organizational matters of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 22, 2022 No. 392 the following changes:
To add 1) with Items 10-1 - 10-4 following of content:
"10-1. Determine that before opening and full functioning of Representative office of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation the acting workers from among the established posts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in Item 3 of this resolution continue to perform the functions.
10-2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to continue implementation of financing, material logistics of the acting workers from among the established posts specified in Item 3 of this resolution before appointment of staff of Representative office of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about the public civil service.
