About use of digital signs (tokens) as means of calculation
Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on activities of cryptobanks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2026 No. 19, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Digital signs (tokens) are used as means of calculation for the purpose of obligation fulfillment for the external economic agreements by the legal entity - the resident and the legal entity - the nonresident through cryptobanks in the following cases:
obligation fulfillment by the legal entity - the resident before the legal entity - the nonresident, the legal entity - the nonresident before the legal entity - the resident when implementing foreign trade activity;
obligation fulfillment Forex company - resident before the legal entity - the nonresident, the legal entity - the nonresident before Forex company - resident under the agreement signed between them and connected with ensuring obtaining Forex company - resident of foreign currency cash from nonresident clients for opening and (or) maintenance of their open line items (marginal providing), and also return Forex company - resident of such money to nonresident clients;
obligation fulfillment Forex company - resident before the legal entity - the nonresident having the right to perform activities in the Forex curb market according to the legislation of foreign state and such legal entity - the nonresident before Forex company - resident under the agreement signed between them for the purpose of realization of the right and (or) discharge of duty, stipulated in Item 13 Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2015 No. 231 "About implementation of activities in the Forex curb market";
payment by the leasing organization - resident to the legal entity - the nonresident for the property acquired by this leasing organization for the subsequent transfer to temporary ownership and use to the leasing recipient;
