Some questions of functioning of the Heritable register
(Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for state registration of wills, heritable agreements, the data connected with inheritance and maintaining the Heritable register which is attached.

2. Determine that from the date of, the publication by the Ministry of Justice following behind day in the Official Bulletin of Ukraine the message on availability of the corresponding technical capability in Single state electronic system of e-notariate:

1) data on statements (requirements of the creditors) testimonial of declaration of will of rather heritable and/or common property are entered in the Heritable register and their scanned copies are loaded;

2) informing the owner on requests of other persons concerning the information about him from the Heritable register is performed.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To the Ministry of Justice:

1) to provide development and deployment of the software necessary for maintaining the Heritable register as the constituting Single state electronic system of e-notariate;

2) to take measures to transfer of information from the heritable register with preserving its integrity and bonds in the database of the Heritable register as the constituting Single state electronic system of e-notariate with observance of notarial secret according to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate";

3) to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

1) to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

2) to take measures to connection and receipt of access by officials of consular establishments, the Embassies of Ukraine authorized on making of notarial actions, to the heritable register as the constituting Single state electronic system of e-notariate.
