1. Approve Rules of use of cash foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 28.05.2012 No. 209
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 26.03.98 No. 119 "About approval of Rules of use of cash foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.04.98 for No. 245/2685;
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 15.09.99 No. 456 "About modification and amendments in regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.10.99 for No. 665/3958;
