1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 403-o-m "About approval of the List of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks" the following change:
The list of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026, except for paragraph one of part three of Item 5 of the column 4 lines, sequence number 1, of paragraph one of part two, paragraphs of the first and tenth of part three of Item 6 of the column 4 lines, sequence number 2, of appendix to this order which become effective since June 8, 2026.
