Article 1. In article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2023 "About restriction of exclusive rights for intellectual property items" figures "2026" to replace No. 241-Z with figures "2028".
Article 2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till December 31, 2026 reduction by the republican state bodies subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in the following procedure:
Article 1 - since January 1, 2027;
other provisions - after official publication of this Law.
