About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on industrial parks" of May 21, 2025 No. 269

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functioning of industrial parks, according to Articles 8, 28 Land codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on industrial parks" of May 21, 2025 No. 269 the following changes:

in the Regulations on industrial parks approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add the subitem 2 of item 4 after the words "lease agreement" with words ", urgent (temporary) use";

- to state the subitem 2 of Item 5 in the following edition:

"2) the territory of the industrial park is created of one or several parcels of land and (or) real estate units which are in the state-owned, municipal or private property;";

- to state the subitem 2 of Item 8 in the following edition:

"2) the managing company of the industrial park cannot perform productive activity in the territory of the industrial park, except cases of implementation of productive activity for ensuring needs of the industrial park in warm, electro-, gas supply, and also in other energy resources and technological gases (oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air and others), including with sales right of excesses of the specified resources to the third parties on condition of first-priority ensuring needs of the industrial park.";

- to add the subitem 1 of Item 11 after the words "lease agreement" with words ", urgent (temporary) use";
