1. Approve Regulations on release, the address and repayment of promissory notes according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on release, the address and repayment of promissory notes" of December 25, 2024 No. 791.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
