About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made (further – the List).

2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and 3 and 4 Lists are subject to official publication, except for paragraphs two, the fourth and sixth Items 1, of 2,.

These rules of state registration of tractors and the self-propelled chassis and mechanisms, trail cars manufactured on their base to them, including trail cars with the mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, meliorative and roadway construction equipments and mechanisms, special machines of the increased passability (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 16) of Item 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic "About the state and socially responsible services" (further – the Law).";

In case of failure of the digital system containing necessary data for registration action and issue of the registration document (duplicate) and registration plate for machines, the registration Item (service provider) without delay notifies the operator of digital system (further – the operator).

In this case the operator constitutes the protocol on technical issue in any form and signs it with registration Item (service provider).

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry) provides information on procedure for rendering the state service in Single contact center.

The ministry and registration Item (service provider) within three working days from approval date or change of these rules, staticize information on procedure for rendering the state service and send to Single contact center.";

Entry in the registration document with indication of circumstances of removal from registration accounting makes sure the sign and seal of the inspection engineer.";
