About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state dactyloscopic registration"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state dactyloscopic registration" of September 3, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 9, Art. 234; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 809; 2014, No. 11, Art. 652; 2025, Art. No. 11-12, 896) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- to add paragraph two after words of "the personality" with the words "also have no identity documents";

- in paragraph three to replace the word of "citizens" with the word of "persons";

- in paragraph four to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-other purposes, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. In Article 2 part three the word is "carried out" shall be be replaced with words "the following types of the state dactyloscopic registration are carried out".

3. In article 5 after the word "Tajikistan" to add with words ", foreign citizens and stateless persons", and the word of "citizens" shall be replaced with words "these persons".

4. To state the text of Article 6 in the following edition:

"Are subject to obligatory state dactyloscopic registration:

- the suspects of crime execution taken into custody, persons accused and convicts, and also persons interfering when making administrative offenses to establishment of their personality;

- accepted on military service, service in law enforcement agencies, and also for work in the companies, organizations, other organizations or their structural divisions which activities pose high hazard to life of workers or it is connected with the special confidential mode, according to the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
