I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2023 No. 158 "About determination of the list, forms, terms of submission of financial and other reporting by the State Social Insurance Fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32543) the following changes:

state heading in the following edition:

"About determination of the list, forms, terms of submission of the reporting by the State Social Insurance Fund";

1) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) the list, terms of submission of the reporting by the State Social Insurance Fund according to appendix 1 to this order;";

in appendix 1:

2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, 10 and 11 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, 9 and 10 to this order.

2. To provide to department of economy and budgetary planning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2026.
