2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on operating procedure of State commission on consideration of addresses of citizens concerning activities of law enforcement agencies in case of the President of Turkmenistan.
3. Establish the number of employees of Department of the analysis of activities of law-enforcement and military bodies of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan in number of 15 units.
4. Make change to the number of staff of Department of the analysis of activities of law-enforcement and military bodies of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 18 Alp Arslan 2005 No. 7457, having replaced in the column "Leading experts" figure "8" with figure "12".
