Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state material reserve" of May 14, 2025 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2025, No. 5, the Art. 510) the following amendments:
1. Part 3 of article 9 after the word is "paid" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
2. The offer second of part 2 of article 13 after the word is "paid" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
