Bring in article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the treatment of radioactive waste" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 530; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 287; Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of 16:02. 2026, No. 2251) following amendments:
- part 1 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form";
- part 3 after the word is "paid" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
