To make financing of research and project works of Institute of oil and gas and the Research prospecting institute which are carried out according to the state programs of development of oil and gas complex which are annually approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan at the expense of means of the State fund of development of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan from realization of natural gas for export.
4. To the ministry of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan, State concerns "Turkmengaz", "Turkmenneft", "Turkmenneftegazstroy", Turkmengeologiya State corporation, Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries;
allocate the fund of the salary released as a result of reducing number of workers for wages increase of employees of jurisdictional enterprises and organizations, including official pay rates and tariff charges;
develop and approve in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan schemes of official pay rates of workers of management personnel on jurisdictional enterprises and the organizations.
