Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 3 Magtymgula 2001 No. 5228 "About service on control of use of oil products of the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2001, No. 5, the Art. 273).

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan Atayev G. A.
