About renaming of some managements of Turkmenneft State concern

For the purpose of further enhancement of Structure of Turkmenneft State concern and accomplishment of the tasks set for the oil industry of the country the National program "The Strategy of Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Turkmenistan for the Period till 2020" I decide:

1. Rename the following managements into Korpedzhinsky drilling department;

Kuydzhiksky drilling department in Korpedzhinsky drilling department;

Grouting management in Management on fixture of oil and gas wells;

Kuydzhiksky department of technological transport in Gumdagsky department of technological transport.

2. Approve the enclosed list of the companies and organizations which is part of Turkmenneft State concern.

3. Determine that this resolution becomes effective with 1 Oguz 2006.

Declare invalid the list of the companies and organizations which are the part of Turkmenneft State concern approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 15 Bitaraplyk 2005 No. 7657 "Questions of Turkmenneft State concern (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2005, No. 12, the Art. 405).
