According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 17, 2025 No. UP-250 "About Measures for Further Simplification and Increase in Efficiency of Customs Administration and the Foreign Trade Procedures", of February 4, 2026 No. UP-17 "About First-priority Measures for Development of Local Production and Industrial Cooperation on the basis of New System", and also the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 30, 2026 No. 40 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2016 No. 01-02/15-07 (рег. No. 2773 of April 6, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 133), according to appendix.

2. This resolution is approved with the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, and also with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
