1. Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for provision of financial support to the producers who are engaged in agricultural activities for cultivation, content, cultivation of fresh-water fish on the territories disoccupied and affected by fighting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 10, 2024 No. 1409 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 2, the Art. 134), changes which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and No. 1206-IX "About veterinary medicine" is applied from the date of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of February 4, 2021.
