About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. To provide to department of financial support in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order is subject to official publication and becomes effective since July 12, 2026, except for paragraphs two and the fifth Item 1, of paragraphs two and the fifth Item 2, of paragraphs of the third and sixth Item 4, of paragraphs of third and sixth Item 5 of the List which become effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. 7) personal account - the personal web page of the user (the borrower (uslugopoluchatel), financial institution, financial institution (uslugopoluchatel), working body (service provider) for distribution of means of subsidies) in the digital register of requests for subsidizing;";

30) and 31) to state subitems in the following edition:

"30) the web portal of "the digital government" - the digital object representing "single window" of access to the consolidated information placed by the state bodies and other subjects participating in provision of the state services including the regulatory legal base and also to the state and other services rendered electronically;

31) the digital signature (further - the EDS) - the digital record (set of digital data) created with use of the closed key of the digital signature and means of the digital signature, confirmatory reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content.";

"The list of priority farm vehicles and the equipment is provided by authorized body in the field of the state support of industrial activities no later than December 1 of the current year the next year and no later than July 1 for the corresponding year.
