1. Recognize invalid some orders and structural elements of orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
2. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting, and also in the territorial and equated to them bodies of Committee for execution.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
