About approval of the Procedure for inspection in the field of the address of medical products
For the purpose of effective regulation of procedures of inspection of production of medical products, according to the paragraph the second parts 3 of article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the address of medical products", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for inspection in the field of the address of medical products according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
3. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved budget of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
4. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for inspection in the field of the address of medical products" of March 15, 2019 No. 120.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
