1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2023 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of issue, financing and distribution between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of one-time vouchers for recognition of professional qualifications" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33404) the following changes:

in Rules of issue, financing and distribution between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of one-time vouchers for recognition of the professional qualifications approved by the specified order:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) the center of labor mobility - the legal entity created local executive by body of the capital, area, city of republican value for the purpose of development and implementation of measures of assistance of employment";

2. To provide to department of work and social partnership of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
