Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 5, 2025 No. 1380 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 36, the Art. 5370).

2. The subitem "an" of Item 2, Item 10, the subitem "an" of Item 20 and Item of 21 changes approved by this resolution become effective since October 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety

1. In paragraph four of the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the word "according to part 1 of Article 6" shall be replaced with words "according to Article 6".

2. In Item 10:

a) shall be replaced with words the words "according to appendix" "according to appendix No. 1";
