About the additional measures directed to support of activities of the subjects of entrepreneurship performing freight transportation by road transport

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for updating and upgrade of the park of cargo vehicles of the republic, increase in competitiveness of domestic carriers in the international market of transport services, decrease in transportation expenses in the cost of export-import transactions, and also reducings delivery dates of loads on the foreign markets I decide:

1. Apply for up to December 31, 2027 zero rates of customs duty and utilization collection when importing to the Republic of Uzbekistan of the following vehicles (except dump trucks) intended for transportation of goods from the moment of which release there passed no more than 5 years:

(a) vehicles (the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes 8701 21, 8701 22, 8701 23, 8701 24) conforming to requirements of the ecological class "Euro-5" above;

(6) semitrailer trucks with complete weight more than 15 tons or with unobstructed capacity of body at least 76 cubic meters (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 8716 39).

2. Determine that in case of realization for export of vehicles and/or their re-equipment which led to change of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code (except as specified re-equipments, connected with change of type of fuel), within three years from the date of customs clearance of privilege, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, are cancelled and the corresponding payments are levied in accordance with the established procedure.

3. The interdepartmental commission on work with the World Trade Organization (Zh. Hodzhayev) in ten-day time to make the relevant decision on temporary release from obligatory certification of the cargo vehicles conforming to the European standards, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, in case of their import to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
